Nothing will soon spin off CMF as a standalone Indian firm, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder Carl Pei announced on Monday. However, after the restructuring, Nothing, the current parent company, will remain a stakeholder. CMF is already headquartered in India. Samsung could be preparing to make its Galaxy S26 series significantly more expensive in India. According to a tipster, all three models in the Galaxy S26 lineup are in line to receive price hikes of up to Rs. 20,000 across different RAM and storage variants. Samsung has begun distributing One UI 9 to a wider range of Galaxy devices, including several smartphones from the S25, S24 and S23 series. Google has fixed an issue that affected a limited number of Google Pixel phones. The company said that there are “indications that CVE-2026-58704 may be under limited, targeted exploitation”. The attackers used a vulnerability related to the cellular modem that granted remote access to the Pixel phones. “In the cellular modem, there is a possible permission bypass due to a logic error in the code”, according to the recently issued advisory warning users. The zero-click exploit does not require Google Pixel phone users to take any action.
