Amazon is bringing its AI-powered Alexa+ voice assistant to India, the company announced at an event held in New Delhi on Wednesday. The move marks the expansion of the upgraded version of Alexa beyond the markets where it was initially introduced. Amazon says the AI assistant is designed to make conversations more natural while understanding context. Alexa+ can also control compatible smart home devices, perform tasks on the web, and use information across Amazon services to personalise responses.
