Google has rolled out a new Android transfer system that lets compatible password managers exchange passwords and passkeys directly. The feature removes the need to export passwords as unencrypted text files and provides a way to move passkeys when changing services. Android detects supported password managers on the device and guides users through selecting, reviewing and authorising the transfer.
